Meenu Singh is a University Innovation Fellow from the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD) and currently works at UMD’s Academy for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In her current role, Meenu works to integrate I&E processes, including design thinking and lean startup, into courses across campus. She loves trying out new teaching tools and methods to make I&E concepts engaging, accessible, and relevant to students. Meenu might also be found facilitating pop-up ideation sessions, designing neat spaces for student teams, and showing off her “#empathymatters” t-shirt. Meenu graduated from UMD in May 2014 with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Philosophy.
