Dr. Audrey Iffert-Saleem is executive director of strategic initiatives for the Oregon State University College of Business. She spearheads external engagement, including advancement and student recruitment, as well as the college’s women and diversity initiatives. Previously, Audrey coordinated the Arizona State University institution-wide effort to advance entrepreneurship education as executive director of entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives. Audrey held a leadership role in coordinating ASU’s Kauffman Campuses Initiative, transforming the ways that entrepreneurship is viewed, taught and experienced in higher education. Audrey is Lean LaunchPad certified and has taught several entrepreneurship courses. She is co-owner of a creative services business that has an emphasis on supporting small businesses. Audrey holds an Ed.D. in higher education leadership and an M.A. in human communication, both from ASU. Audreys research focuses on engaging college women in entrepreneurship. She formerly led the ASU SparXX Initiative, programs that engage women in entrepreneurship and accelerate their success.
