Danielle Lake is an Assistant Professor at Grand Valley State University and a faculty advisor for the University Innovations Fellowship Program. She received her PhD in Public Philosophy at Michigan State University with a dissertation entitled Working With: Expanding and Integrating the Pragmatic Method for a Wicked World (2014). Her area of expertise includes wicked problems, systems thinking, and collaborative processes designed to better manage complex and wicked problems, including design thinking, strategic doing, systems modeling, participatory action research, and democratic deliberation.
