Grace Hsia is the Senior Project Manager who manages programmatic strategy and operations for MForesight and the First Customer Program at the University of Michigan Institute for Research on Labor, Employment, and the Economy. She provides executive coaching and recommendations for addressing critical gaps in business development, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. She is the CEO of Warmilu, a non-electric warming technology startup, where she manages $80k for medical device development, clinical testing, manufacturing, marketing, and sales (US, India, and Kenya). She was the tech mentor for the top 10 finalists in the Intel 2014 Make it Wearable Competition at UC Berkeley, including ProGlove and Nixie. Grace graduated from the University of Michigan with her BSE in Materials Science and Engineering (Class of 2012) from the College of Engineering and Master of Entrepreneurship (Class of 2013) from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and College of Engineering.
