Gretchen Mosher is an assistant professor in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at Iowa State University. She has taught the senior-level capstone course for engineering technology students since 2012. Her research interests include the use of decision-making simulation to enhance classroom learning and to understanding how students process new and complex information.
