John Tocco is a college Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. He has a Construction Engineering degree from Lawrence Tech and a Law degree from Michigan State University. John has 25 years as a construction project manager and estimator, 20 years as a construction arbitrator and mediator, and has presented at several ASEE conferences and at ABET and Rose-Hulman assessment symposiums
