Magdalini Lagoudas is Executive Director for Industry and Nonprofit Partnerships, Engineering Academic & Student Affairs, Texas A&M University. Her responsibilities include identifying engagement opportunities for industry and nonprofit partners in formal and informal programs to promote the development of skills which support multidisciplinary collaborations, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial mindsets. Current programs include AggiE_Challenge, Aggies Invent, Pop-Up Classes, and Engineering Project Showcase. Ms. Lagoudas is the team leader for the Texas A&M University Pathways to Innovation team and collaborates extensively with others pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship for undergraduates.
