I hereby grant VentureWell (“Organization”), its authorized representatives, and program partners permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or any other digital media (“Media”) taken of me for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, use in marketing materials, social media posts, websites, promotional videos, and digital and print publications and collateral. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
I understand and agree that these Media may be used without further notice, compensation, or the right to inspect or approve the finished product in which the Media is used.
Release of Rights
I hereby irrevocably authorize the Organization to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these Media for purposes of publicizing the Organization’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Media.
I also understand that I will not receive compensation, payment, or any form of remuneration for the use of the Media. I release the Organization and its representatives from any liability connected with the capture, publication, or use of these Media.
Duration of Rights
This release shall remain in effect indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing. A written revocation will not apply to Media that has already been used or published prior to the receipt of the revocation.
Consent and Release
By acknowledging and agreeing to this policy, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the contents of this release and that I am voluntarily agreeing to the terms outlined above.
