Kristen catalyzes new initiatives at VentureWell at the intersection of program development and strategic fundraising, collaborating with internal and external leaders. Prior to VentureWell, she directed a number of regional and national nonprofits and initiatives, focused on ending violence and promoting equity. Kristen is the original project director of the Ms. Foundation’s Take Our Daughters to Work Day and holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Simmons School of Management.
