VIA Summit Information

Important Dates and Deadlines

ASAP: Submit your sponsorship intake form with your company details, including your logo and website link. This ensures that your branding is included in VIA Summit materials.
May 1, 2025: Sponsor registration deadline; all sponsorship payments due.
May 15, 2025: Final date to complete sponsor profile on Whova app and submit additional sponsor content.
May 20, 2025: Discounted hotel block reservation ends.
June 10-12, 2025: VIA Summit in New Orleans. 🎉

How To Register

Use this link to register using your VentureWell account (or to create one if you don’t already have an account).
Select “General Attendee” from the list of ticket types.
Enter your sponsor promo code to adjust the price.
Complete the registration form.

Whova App

To enhance your sponsorship experience and reduce our environmental footprint, we encourage you to utilize our event app, Whova, to its fullest extent. A personalized link will be emailed to you in early May so that you can customize your sponsor profile, including (but not limited to):

Company logo, description, and link
Branded sponsor banner
Videos
Handouts

Your profile must be finalized by May 15, 2025.

Additional Content

Depending on your sponsorship level, you will receive assets designed to maximize your brand recognition and awareness among VIA Summit attendees and the VentureWell community. All sponsorship packages include the following:

Logo Placement: Your logo will be featured on all digital VIA Summit materials, the VIA Summit website, and event signage.
Social Media Acknowledgment: VentureWell will recognize your sponsorship on our social media platforms.
VIA Summit Whova App Sponsor Profile: You will have a dedicated sponsor profile on the VIA Summit Whova app, where you can showcase your logo, description, website link, and other relevant details.

Please complete the sponsorship intake form no later than May 15, 2025.

Shipping Instructions

Sponsors or exhibitors shipping items to the hotel should use the following address format:

Upon arrival, a bellman will deliver packages to the guest room or hold them at the front desk.

Exhibitor Schedule

Exhibitor Set-Up for Welcome Reception (Optional): Estimated in the afternoon 4:00-5:00 p.m. CT.
Welcome Reception: Join us in the evening for a chance to network and connect with attendees.

Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Exhibitor Set-Up for Summit: 8:00 a.m. CT.
Key Booth Times: Specific times for peak exhibitor engagement will be shared once finalized.

Thursday, June 12, 2025

Key Booth Times: Stay tuned for finalized times.
Exhibitor Tear-Down: Evening tear-down will wrap up the exhibit portion of the event.
