Benjamin Glenn is a partner at Shay Glenn LLP. Benjamin’s practice is centered on strategic counseling, portfolio development and evaluation for a variety of companies in medical, electronic and energy sectors. Benjamin also represents investors and start-up companies in due diligence issues raised during financing.

Before founding Shay Glenn, Benjamin worked for two national law firms and as a division patent counsel for a Silicon Valley Fortune 500 company. Prior to his career as a patent attorney, Benjamin served in the U.S. Navy in a variety of engineering positions in San Diego, California, Key West, Florida and Washington, DC.

Benjamin has a mechanical engineering degree from the Unites States Naval Academy and a law degree from Santa Clara University.
