O'Brien & Gere

Catherine Kinrade serves in both technical and corporate strategy roles at O’’Brien & Gere, an engineering solutions company. As the Innovation Program Manager, she co-leads O’’Brien & Gere’’s Innovation Program, managing the company’’s ideation and execution process. As one of the founding co-managers, she worked to establish the program, grow support for innovation initiatives within the organization, and identify ways to leverage the collective talent of the company. Ms. Kinrade also utilizes her experience in the areas of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to develop and advance customized sustainability and CSR programs for clients. She works with clients to leverage existing governance, structure, strategy and initiatives to enable clients to achieve sustainable results. Ms. Kinrade is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Biology and a concentration in Environmental Science. Currently, Ms. Kinrade is pursuing an MBA in Strategy from Rutgers University.
