Charla Mathwick is an Associate Professor of Marketing within the School of Business at Portland State University, teaching graduate courses in Innovation and Lean Startup. She received her PhD from Georgia Tech following a decade in industry, working in a variety of service development and marketing positions in the financial and telecommunication sectors. Her research interests relate to online community building and value co-creation.
