Isabel Castillo is the Enterprise Development Manager responsible for managing the portfolio of technology-based companies and CSOs with social impact in Peru. Isabel is an Agroindustrial Engineer and expert in agribusiness. She received a Master’s degree in Innovation Management for Enterprise Development from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and also received training in Project Management and Innovation Strategies at Stanford University (under certification). She additionally did post-graduate studies in quality management, technological innovation and project management in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.
Prior to joining NESsT, she worked in diverse private companies such as Agroindustrias Backus (AIB), Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, and Soluciones Alimenticias, and in the public administration in the Program Coordination Unit of Science and Technology (FINCyT). She has advised for various investment projects, businesses, and technological innovations nationally and internationally.
