Jamie Kraft came to the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Florida from Deloitte Consulting where he spent several years as a management consultant focusing on economic performance evaluation, competitive assessment and strategic development for clients in the manufacturing and consumer products industries. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Microbiology and from the University of Florida as a Matherly Scholar with an MBA specializing in Finance, Operations Management, and Business Strategy. Before starting with the Center, Jamie spent one year in Paris studying French. He is the Centers Director, has served as the instructor for an undergraduate New Venture Creation course focusing on technology commercialization and currently manages the Entrepreneurship Case Lecture Series, the Global Entrepreneurship Study Program, and the centers lean entrepreneurship courses including LEAP, Innovation for Development, Startup Gauntlet and the Venture Accelerator.
