Leticia Britos Cavagnaro, PhD, is the Deputy Director of the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation (Epicenter). Leticia is a lecturer of the Management Science and Engineering Department at Stanford University and teaches creativity and innovation at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school). She helps students of all disciplines build their creative confidence to become engines of innovation in their teams and organizations. She obtained a PhD in Developmental Biology from Stanford’s School of Medicine, and is a former member of the REDlab (Research in Education & Design at Stanford’s School of Education). Leticia has taught design thinking and creativity to hundreds of teachers, students of all ages, as well as corporate and non-profit leaders, in the US and abroad.
