Shepley Bulfinch
Stephen J. Erwin, AIA, LEED AP, is a Principal at Shepley Bulfinch and a leader in the firms education practice, with a deep interest in sustainability and spaces that support collaborative learning. He has led planning and design projects for a wide range of higher education clients, including Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Duke, and Amherst College. Steve has presented at higher education planning conferences and is the co-author of Eco-Friendly Campuses as Teaching Tools, which appeared in the New England Journal of Higher Education in 2008. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional. He received his Bachelors degree in Architecture from the Boston Architectural Center.
