Vince Bellitti is an avid learner dedicated to career development and student mentorship. Vince began his career as a commercial management consultant at Deloitte, which is the entry level position he targeted as a sophomore undergraduate student. Other stops on his career journey include Johnson&Johnson, IBM, and technology start-up ventures, through which he earned a GreenBelt for Lean Six Sigma Design and Innovation. In addition to excelling as a leader and professional, Vince tirelessly volunteers his time to guide students on their own professional development journeys via coaching programs, group facilitation, career planning exercises, and guest speaking. This dedication is the genesis of CareerPeer LLC.

Vince is the co-founder of CareerPeer LLC, a web-based career curriculum enhancement tool for undergraduate career preparation courses. In the same way that Amazon and Netflix use data to tailor their products to users, we use data to tailor career development to students. We bridge the gap between college and career readiness and help students identify and earn entry level positions via action learning and advice from entry level employees, improving their job search strategy. The CareerPeer team is currently in beta testing with undergraduate business students at the University of Maryland.

Vince graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Engineering Leadership Development and Technology Startup Ventures and currently holds a Greenbelt for Lean Six Sigma Innovation and Design.
