William Kovacs is a non-traditional student who has taken a lead marketing role in a variety of Tucson-based businesses. William has successfully funded his design concepts, including restaurants and vineyards. He is an active member of the downtown economic and regional development scene and currently is a co-owner of Prep & Pastry, one of the most successful and popular breakfast restaurants in Tucson.
