Sharon supports the Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) team and other early-stage innovator programs; she coordinates international program participants, ensures cultural competency and compliance, liaises with vendors, delivers program objectives, and manages logistics. She holds five years of experience in event management, cross-cultural engagement, and passion in international exchange. Sharon has earned B.A. degrees in Anthropology and East Asian Cultures from the University of California, Irvine, as well as an international M.B.A. through the University of Iowa’s CIMBA Italy program, and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
