What Is the VIA Summit?

The VentureWell Innovation in Action (VIA) Summit is the premier event bringing together educators, innovators, industry leaders, and government stakeholders to turn ideas into real-world solutions. True to its name—VIA, meaning “by way of”—the summit is designed to transform bold visions into measurable impact, fostering innovation, collaboration, and progress in STEM ecosystems.

The VIA Summit will take place June 10-12, 2025, at the InterContinental New Orleans, located at 444 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130.

What Are Your Sustainability Efforts for the Summit?

The VIA Summit is committed to sustainability. We encourage all attendees to bring their own reusable water bottle to the event, as well as to carpool with colleagues whenever possible (i.e., to/from the airport, to/from restaurants, etc.). Packing light is also strongly recommended. Single-use plastics are limited throughout the conference, and swag given out is sourced from recyclable materials when possible. Branded collateral is thoughtfully sourced and reused to limit our carbon footprint. Attendees will be encouraged to use our conference app. With each event, we continue to strive for increased sustainability efforts.
