Overview
Members of the U.S.-based BME-IDEA consortium meet approximately every other year to share best practices, discuss common challenges, and brainstorm new directions in BME innovation education. Due to COVID, we were not able to meet in-person in 2020, but we were glad to be back in 2022!
The group typically includes faculty and staff from leading U.S. universities who teach in experiential undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate training programs focused on health technology innovation.
This year’s meeting took place on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas, in conjunction with the 2022 BMES annual conference.
