Cindy splits her time between building talent systems, creating documentation of hiring processes, trainings, and tools to support VentureWell’s growth, and helping hire for open roles. Cindy brings nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has spent the past 10+ years building and leading Talent Acquisition teams. Cindy holds a B.A. in Sociology and Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
