In this workshop, we will help you to achieve greater impact with your strategic doing goals by introducing a process for institutionalizing your initiatives.  Utilizing the Increase the Impact framework, you will leave the workshop with a detailed plan for sustaining your project beyond its initial implementation.

The session will take place on Thursday, March 22 from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM, with a mid-day break for lunch on your own. The session is by invitation only.  There is no fee to attend.
